Summer Hiatus

I have been far less than prolific with my blogging this summer. And despite the fact that Bourdo and I have yet to tick any of our summer climbing objectives, I have been quite active in a broad range of activities.  Megan and I went climbing in Missouri in May, and we were able to sneak in a day of climbing on the North Shore of Lake Superior in June.  Krazy Karl is home from Japan, basically meaning that we will not be wanting for a dull moment until some time in August when he goes back.  Our biggest adventure with Karl thus far has been white water rafting - yes, I said rafting - down the Kettle River. (Video to come soon.)  So while some of our plans for big trips out west have fizzled into the mist due to weather, work, or family commitments, there is still a lot of summer left.  And let's not forget.  The end of the summer is the beginning of danger year. Lot's more to come!
